Core Values

  • Meaningful Connections: Building authentic relationships with clients, their families, and the community. We aim to create a space where trust, openness, and genuine understanding thrive.

  • Creativity: Embracing innovative approaches to therapy and psychoeducation, we encourage clients to explore new perspectives, insights, and solutions. Creative techniques like art therapy, journaling, and mindfulness exercises play a vital role in our practice.

  • Advocacy: We go beyond therapy sessions to actively support our clients' well-being. This includes helping them navigate external systems, providing resources, offering guidance on important decisions, and advocating for their needs within their communities.

  • Understanding: Cultivating empathy and a deep understanding of each client's unique journey, experiences, and challenges. We believe in meeting our clients where they are, and respecting their individuality.

  • Hope: Instilling a sense of optimism and belief in the potential for positive change and transformation in every individual. We foster an environment where clients can see a brighter future for themselves, even in the midst of challenges.

MEET SAMANTHA CAMPBELL

MA Counseling Psychology

Registered Psychotherapist

Founder of Creating Meaningful Counselling Services

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I have a passion to help people heal, and I want to offer clients more than just counselling.

I have always had a passion to work with individuals with Mental Illness and Disabilities. I see these individuals with a different perspective. I have my own experience of mental illness, and because of this I have been able to better relate to my clients. I am able to advocate and bring awareness that therapist has mental health issues too and that is okay.

“We all have internal struggles and personal challenges. Do not let anyone make you feel bad about yours.”―Izey Victoria Odiase
